Do you take a commission on my bookings?

No. You pay ฿4,900 the first month, then ฿1,500 a month. The only other cost is Stripe's standard fee on each card or PromptPay payment, charged by Stripe.

What does the ฿4,900 cover?

The setup and your first month. We build your website, add your rooms, photos and prices, connect your booking sites and set up the AI receptionist. From the second month you pay ฿1,500.

Which booking sites can I connect?

Any site that gives you a calendar link (called iCal): Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com or Agoda when your listing offers one. The link shares which nights are free or taken; you still set your prices on each site. Each site reads the calendar on its own schedule, often every few hours, so we check yours together during setup.

Does the AI really reply on its own?

Yes, on WhatsApp and on your website chat. It answers from your real rooms, prices and free dates, then sends a booking and payment link. You can take over any conversation with one switch.

How do I get paid?

Guests pay by card or PromptPay QR, in baht. The money goes to your own Stripe account, then to your bank. PromptPay needs a Thai Stripe account.

I already have a website. Can I keep it?

Yes. We add the Book now button and the AI chat to your site, and you keep your design.

Is there a contract?

No. It is a monthly subscription and you can stop any month.
